Description

• Build relationships with customers for successful partnerships • Engage with complex healthcare customers • Understand customer interactions and identify their needs • Become a product and domain expert • Advocate for customer needs internally • Design strategies to drive customer engagement • Deliver value-driven solutions • Lead annual renewal and upsell efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 2-6 years experience in client facing role, preferably in healthcare • Collaborating and communicating with a wide range of clients, ideally in the B2B space • Project managing complex initiatives with customers and colleagues • Problem-solving in a resourceful and data-driven manner in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work with and influence diverse stakeholders • Effective prioritization of competing projects • Excellent time management, written and verbal communication skills • Passionate about improving healthcare through technology • Willingness to travel 25% of the time to the West Coast
