Requirements

β€’ 2-4 years of account management experience required, preferably at a marketing/software company β€’ Strong understanding in customer success techniques and strategies β€’ Comfortable learning new software (for design, data management, and internal tools) β€’ Experience navigating complex work processes, tight timelines, and changing teams β€’ Extremely detail oriented and organized β€’ Knowledge of Salesforce or related CRM tools β€’ Interest in startups, software and entrepreneurship β€’ Experience managing and negotiating renewal and expansion opportunities
