• Recruit, develop, and lead a team of Enterprise Sales Reps • Build and develop a sales team and future sales leaders • Develop business plan to overachieve sales goals • Manage and maintain sales ecosystem from leads to closing • Play key role in developing the GTM

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years leading Enterprise sales teams • Track record of overachievement annually • Experience selling through security channel partners • Navigating complex sales cycles • SAAS sales experience, including cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security • Successfully selling large deals to large enterprises
