• Support business development and growth of strategic retail relationships • Lead end-to-end account operations, from order acquisition to delivery • Be responsible for HEYDUDE profitability with key accounts • Optimize HEYDUDE product sales by achieving or exceeding sales goals • Drive top and bottom-line numbers for assigned territories • Manage account performance and marketplace insights • Supervise model stocks and determine inventory levels • Develop strategic sales plans to achieve targets • Prepare and deliver sales presentations tied to HEYDUDE initiatives • Attend account and HEYDUDE meetings as needed
• 7-10 years of industry sales experience required • 5+ years of footwear experience required • 5+ years of strategic/key account experience required • Outstanding oral and written communication skills • Solid understanding of US retail and wholesale footwear landscape and consumer insights • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • BA or BS degree required • Proficiency in English required • Frequent travel 50%+, overnight, night and weekend work may be required
