Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. • 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. • A proven track record in developing and executing successful global sales strategies. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a high-performance sales culture. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving ambitious revenue goals. • Willingness to travel globally, including attending trade shows and spending time with regional teams. • Experience in the B2B SaaS industry and/or experience in the coffee or beverage industry • Familiarity with global market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities. • Experience with sales automation, CRM tools, and data-driven sales strategies.
