• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Extensive experience in sales, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally within the B2B software or coffee industry • Deep understanding of the coffee industry, including supply chain management, market trends, and customer needs • Proven ability to coach, guide, and support a high-performing sales team • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to transform market insights into meaningful strategies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders • Experience working in a remote or globally distributed team, with the ability to manage teams across different time zones and cultural contexts • Familiarity with advanced sales tools and analytics software, such as CRM systems and data analysis platforms • A well-established network within the coffee industry, including relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
