Description

• Cross River is a financial technology company offering embedded payments, cards, and lending products. • The Fair Lending Analytics Director manages fair lending analytics and ensures compliance with fair lending regulations.

Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience in quantitative finance, statistics, or related field • 5+ years in project manager or lead position • Experience managing a team • Knowledge of consumer lending and banking products • Knowledge of US fair lending laws and regulations • Extensive experience with fair lending-related model testing • Strong planning and organizational skills • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to direct, manage and support staff • Ability to interact positively with federal regulatory agencies • Ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced environment • Ability to collaborate successfully across internal teams
