Description
• Responsible for leading cross-functional programs aimed at donor stewardship and retention • Cultivating, stewarding, and retaining grassroots donors at scale • Creating positive donor experience and services • Managing the Manager, Midlevel Giving/Donor Services • Lead strategist of donor stewardship and retention program across fundraising channels • Raise 7-figure budget from midlevel donors each year • Manage cross-functional strategy to increase recapture of recurring donors • Manage budgets for donor services and related contracts • Lead the transition of MoveOn’s direct mail program • Lead and manage direct reports and negotiate contracts
Requirements
• 5-6 years of experience in online fundraising or marketing, non-profit donor or member retention, direct mail program, etc. • At least 3 years of project management experience • Previous vendor and people management experience • Strong donor, member or customer retention and stewardship experience and skills • Strong writing and editing skills • Passionate about progressive politics and social justice issues • Strong DEI analysis and lens • Proficient in Salesforce, ActionKit, ActionNetwork, CRM, etc. • Keen attention to detail and ability to think analytically • Collaborative, highly self-aware, self-directed and self-organized
