Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data strategy roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. • Proficiency in data analysis, statistical techniques, and software tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI). • Deep understanding of the CPG sector, including market dynamics, consumer behavior, and supply chain logistics. • Experience in managing and developing teams of data professionals. • Ability to translate data insights into strategic actions that align with business objectives. • Strong verbal and written communication skills to present data insights clearly and influence key stakeholders. • Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize initiatives, and manage timelines effectively.
