Description

• Crowdbotics is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager with expertise in managing third-party events and trade show sponsorships. • Lead and execute Crowdbotics' participation in various conferences, managing event planning, execution, and follow-through. • Handle social media management, email communications, light creative/design work, and webinar execution. • Familiarity with CRM, ABM tools, and project management platforms is highly preferred. • Ensure smooth logistics, staffing, timelines, and coordination for events. • Manage all aspects of trade show sponsorships, including booth setup and contract negotiations. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event-related content and campaigns. • Use tools such as HubSpot, ABM platforms, design tools, and project management platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event coordination and field marketing, with a focus on third-party events, trade shows, and sponsorships. • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce) and ABM tools (6Sense, DemandBase) is strongly preferred. • Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools. • Proficiency with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday, or Notion. • Strong negotiation and contract management skills. • Experience with social media management • Understanding and ability to utilize campaign integration systems via platforms like HubSpot. • Ability to manage multiple events/projects simultaneously with exceptional organizational and time management skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Willingness to travel once a quarter for major trade events. (Travel could be up to approximately 20% of role composition.)
