Description

• Provide proactive technical support to Premium Support customers • Serve as primary technical contact and augment customer support teams • Onboard new customers to CrowdStrike platforms • Ensure customer success through proactive periodic health checks and product training • Serve as customer advocate with internal CrowdStrike stakeholders • Engage with customers at all levels of their organization • Research technical issues and provide recommendations • Escalate customer issues to management when appropriate • Maintain control of overall resolution for escalated cases • Create knowledge base content for reuse • Participate in technical communications to share best practices • Identify renewal risk and collaborate with internal teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • English fluency plus any other European language • Experience working with Windows Server Operating Systems • Experience working with Cloud Technologies • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security and cutting-edge infrastructures • Excellent customer service skills and ability to quickly establish technical credibility with customers • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal • Proven problem-solving skills • Collaborative attitude • Ability to travel up to 25% • Commitment to customer success
