Description

•Crux is growing rapidly! •Build and manage key operational systems and processes to optimize team efficiency, for example building automation to manage inbound leads. •Own and oversee implementation of critical sales and marketing tools, like Hubspot CRM and Google Analytics. •Drive regular revenue reporting, forecasting and analysis to support strategic decision-making. •Utilize data-driven insights to make recommendations on the highest-leverage sales and marketing activities. •Drive critical cross-functional projects as needed, including scoping out problems and developing detailed project plans to drive successful implementation. •Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to inform growth strategy and key performance metrics.

Requirements

•You’ve seen the build out and scaling of marketing ops, sales ops, rev ops and overall GTM ops / process at an early-stage startup. •You understand enterprise SaaS and/or marketplace and are flexible to operate in an environment which looks more like banking / brokerage. •You have an orientation toward scrappiness / speed / bias toward action. •You are very strong at scoping problems and prioritizing to implement right-sized solutions. •You're data-oriented and analytical. Skilled at understanding the bigger picture system and keeping a mental model in your head. •Exceptionally strong cross-functional communicator and project manager. •Familiar with Hubspot and SQL.
