•With over 59 stores and the largest avocational cooking program in the US, Sur La Table offers an unsurpassed selection of exclusive and premium-quality goods for the kitchen and table – and the culinary expertise and inspiration to go along with it. •Whether the job entails interacting with our customers, driving digital growth, or providing vital behind-the-scenes support, we’re all here for the same reason – to roll up our sleeves and create happiness through cooking and sharing good food. •At Sur La Table, the CRM Coordinator will lead efforts with calendaring, developing, testing, and deploying email + SMS campaigns. •This position will partner with the brand marketing teams as well as our email marketing platform partners to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in all digital marketing campaigns. •The CRM Coordinator proactively offers independent data-based insights and recommendations in addition to providing insights in response to requested business needs. •A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. •This position reports to the Director, CRM/Loyalty.

🎯 Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required •1-3 years of relevant CRM work experience •Experience with the following email/SMS, analytics, and creative tools is a plus (Emarsys, Wunderkind Google Analytics, Heap, Adobe Suite, Canva) •HTML and CSS email coding experience is a plus •Retail experience a plus •Ability to handle a dynamic, fast-paced, and changing environment •Interest in email space and desire to become a subject-matter expert in email best practices •Most importantly, you must be someone who is a self-starter, has a positive attitude, and is open to learning •Well versed in transforming data insights into a meaningful strategy
