•Proven experience managing e-commerce marketplaces with deep Amazon expertise, including listing optimization, meeting SLAs, and policy adherence. •Experience using feed management tools like Rithum or similar platforms to drive operational efficiency and data accuracy. •Familiarity with onboarding new marketplaces, including platform integrations and technical requirements (e.g., Walmart, Target). •Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a focus on aligning marketplace efforts to profitability targets. •Exceptional communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners. •Passion for the outdoor industry and a strong connection with the target audience. •A keen interest in staying updated on emerging marketplace trends and exploring new platform opportunities. •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field preferred.
