β’ Minimum five (5) years of experience leading consultative sales cycles to enterprise and high-growth companies, with a focus on BPO solutions. β’ Proven ability to initiate, develop, and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client organizations, influencing purchase and buying decisions. β’ Experience selling complex hybrid CX solutions in the outsourcing marketplace. β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for revolutionary technological solutions. β’ Energetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success. β’ Excellent team and relationship building, sales, customer service, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. β’ Proficient in sales rep KPIs/conversion metrics and the use of CRM systems. β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a results-driven approach and a commitment to exceeding department metrics/measures.
