• Easy Street Capital is looking for a Senior Account Executive • Ideal candidate will manage and convert leads into deals • Experience in related areas such as general non-QM, commercial mortgage lending or other investment real estate industries is valuable • Focus on prospecting for new business through networking and digital outreach • Your main driver will be the conversion of inbound leads
🎯 Requirements
• Extensive familiarity and expertise in DSCR Loans, RTL (Bridge/Fix And Flip) and Ground-Up SFR Construction lending • Direct business-purpose lending experience preferred • Existing book of business and strong relationships with real estate investors • Relationships with potential referral partners including mortgage brokers, investor-focused real estate agents, property managers and wholesalers valuable • Proven management and follow up with existing relationships
