• Demonstrated SaaS sales experience, ideally aligned to product led growth • Deep market expertise of multiple LATAM regions to enable you to create an impactful sales strategy • Full business proficiency in English, Spanish and Portuguese language ideally • A strong commercial background involving lead generation, marketing, direct sales, sales & channel management, contract negotiation and key account management • A track record of partnering with Customer Success and Product to bring about solutions that work for your local market • Demonstrated ability to successfully build relationships and teams on a multi-regional basis • Ability to identify new customer opportunities and work with existing customers to position SafetyCulture as their business effectiveness partner of choice • A team player able to work well with the technical team to prioritize projects and accelerate time to market for new products
