• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions. • Collaborate with customers to understand transportation & logistics processes. • Oversee the implementation of OTM solutions and ensure alignment with architecture. • Manage project timelines and budgets, and delegate tasks. • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members. • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement optimizations.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in OTM solution design and implementation. • Extensive understanding of transportation, logistics operations, and industry best practices. • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. • Strong leadership, problem solving and communication skills. • Ability to make sound decisions in a fast paced environment.
