• Support and guide prospects and customers in implementing email and omnichannel marketing solutions • Provide technical and solution consultancy • Identify opportunities for value from Dotdigital • Develop presentations to demonstrate integration proposals • Offer assistance to customer success and AE teams • Establish and maintain customer relationships • Create or contribute to integration guides • Present new features and use cases • Assist in developing training and certification programs • Collaborate with product teams for feedback

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect/Solutions Consultant, preferably in a SaaS technology environment • Data/requirement/business analysis skills • Awareness of multiple API technologies and integration strategies • Generalized technical knowledge, including APIs, Data storage, Security, Data formats, Protocols, etc. • Commercial awareness and ability to recognize potential joint value with prospects and customers • Quick learner of new technologies, APIs, and business propositions • Understanding of software development lifecycle and costs • Exceptionally strong interpersonal and client-handling skills • Methodical, investigative, and inquisitive mindset • Excellent presentation skills, including public speaking • Ability to multitask, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines • Self-motivated, innovative, and strong problem-solving skills • Team player and sociable • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
