Description

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions. • Collaborate with customers to understand their warehouse operations and translate these requirements into scalable WMS solutions. • Facilitate design meetings, manage project timelines and budgets. • Demonstrate a willingness to do hands-on configuration work. • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance counseling to junior team members. • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in WMS solution design and implementation, preferably within a SaaS environment. • Deep understanding of warehousing space and operations. • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. • Strong leadership, problem solving and communication skills. • Ability to make sound decisions in a fast paced environment.
