β€’ Execute account and territory strategies for assigned broker dealers β€’ Develop and implement strategic plans for business development with investment advisors β€’ Provide strategic support to wholesalers to enhance product distribution β€’ Utilize judgment to allocate financial resources from the budget β€’ Develop and enhance positive business relationships within investment advisors

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or equivalent work experience β€’ 3-5 years of sales, marketing or customer service experience in the financial industry β€’ Strong knowledge of investment and/or insurance products β€’ Demonstrated sales & marketing knowledge of annuities and variable products β€’ FINRA Securities Industry Essentials Examination, Series 6 or 7 and 63 licenses required β€’ Life and Variable Licenses required β€’ Industry designations a plus (CPA, CFA, ChFC, CLU, etc.) β€’ Strong oral and written communication skills β€’ Capable of presenting technical product knowledge with professional skills β€’ Ability to travel up to 30%
