• Supports Independent Insurance Agents with National General insurance products • Collaborates with cross-functional business partners for market-specific sales tactics • Consults with independent agency owners to develop strategic business plans and provide operational advice • Consults with agencies to drive results in order to meet the market production plan • Acts as a Strategic Business Advisor for achieving business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 5 or more years of related experience • P and C Licensed in state of residence • Business planning and consulting skills • Sales and recruiting skills • Excellent communication skills • Ability to manage priorities across multiple disciplines • Strong general management, analytical, planning and organizational skills
