Description
• Develop and Implement Processes : Create and manage efficient processes for inventory management and reordering using NetSuite. • Product Launch Management : Assist in managing timelines for product launches to ensure timely and smooth execution. • Optimize Freight Costs : Work on strategies to optimize freight costs between China, the US, and international fulfillment houses. • Supplier Communication : Maintain strong communication with existing suppliers to manage production, shipping, and quality. • Cost-Saving Initiatives : Recommend and assist in implementing cost-saving initiatives related to production, logistics, and product design. • New Product Input : Participate in providing input and recommendations on new product developments. • Purchase Order Management : Create and manage purchase orders while keeping the team updated on SKU shipment status. • Inventory Reporting : Maintain and distribute weekly inventory reports, including stock levels and open purchase orders. • Product Database Maintenance : Regularly update and maintain the product database to ensure accurate and current information. • Other Duties : Perform all additional tasks as instructed by the head of the department.
