📋 Description

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities • Develop relationships with various real estate lenders • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners • Pitch services to potential clients and partners • Oversee onboarding and execution of projects • Monitor and report on sales performance and business development activities • Act as liaison to capital markets teams • Collaborate with marketing team on sales collateral • Work closely with team members to develop sales opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 15+ years of professional working experience • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate sector • Understanding of distressed properties, including loan workouts and debt restructuring • A strong base of institutional client contacts • In-depth knowledge of third-party service offerings • Strong communication and presentation skills • Experience in developing marketing plans and responses to RFP’s • Ability to work well with a variety of people at all levels of the organization • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of building and maintaining client relationships • A solid understanding of real estate finance, market trends, and motivations of lenders and borrowers • Highly proficient in excel, power point, smart sheets, and Microsoft Office • Self-sufficient, goal and task oriented; with good organizational skills
