β€’ Prospect and sell to major or enterprise level new clients both in defined territory β€’ Thought leadership through speaking engagements, trade show presence, blogging, and hosting NAS product solution webinars β€’ Communicate market and prospect needs, competitive insight and market trends to upper management β€’ Meet target digital and core revenue goals through solutions-based selling to prospects β€’ Achieve revenue goals through the ability to teach for differentiation, tailor approach as required and take control of the sales β€’ Acts as an advisor as related to acquisition and integration related to sales and marketing

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of experience in SaaS/Recruitment/Human Resource Industry β€’ Proven experience in meeting/exceeding sales quota’s β€’ Ability to sell complex technology solutions with a consultative methodology β€’ Industry expertise/relationships in Talent Acquisition/Human Resources/Employment Branding or Recruitment Marketing is strongly preferred β€’ Ability to understand client thinking and offer unique perspectives as solution β€’ Tenacity and drive to encourage decisions β€’ Strong leadership skills as demonstrated by ability to advise in a senior level capacity β€’ Ability to comprehend customers value and economic drivers through strong reasoning ability β€’ 5+ plus years consultative sales experience β€’ Effective communicator, internal and external, with strong presentation skills β€’ Excellent collaboration skills to work with internal NAS resources to move deals through the pipeline and set up the Client Services team for success in retention and long-term growth of the account
