Description

β€’ Responsible for leading a team of 6 Account Executives (AEs) to achieve and exceed sales targets. β€’ Shaping sales strategy, fostering growth-oriented team culture, and driving consistent revenue growth. β€’ Recruit, train, and mentor a team of 6 AEs to ensure they meet and exceed their sales targets. β€’ Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews to provide constructive feedback and set clear, achievable objectives. β€’ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive high-volume and high-velocity deals, as well as complex upper mid-market opportunities. β€’ Work closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Solutions Architects, and Marketing to continuously improve sales processes and materials. β€’ Monitor team performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

β€’ 7-10 years of total work experience, with at least 3-5 years in a sales management or team lead role, preferably within the Marketing Technology SaaS industry. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Knowledge of MEDDICC sales qualification methodology is a plus. β€’ Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback effectively. β€’ Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on team development. β€’ Skill in maintaining a high level of team engagement and motivation. β€’ Proven experience in establishing strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and contributing to a collaborative sales environment.
