Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • 5+ years of experience in SBA 7a loan production • Ability to multitask • Established network of referral partners (COI’s/Brokers) • Strong understanding of credit underwriting • Strong business development skills • Able to work in a changing high tech and mobile environment • Outgoing personality • Able to work in a team environment • High emotional intelligence • Open to learning and growth • Familiar with regulatory requirements for lending • Technology Skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook, TEAMS
