📋 Description
• Sell Planet Technology as a HCIT consulting business partner • Establish and develop business relationships • Manage fee negotiations and contracts • Leverage sales tools to develop comprehensive account strategies • Communicate job openings and feedback from clients • Work with other Planet Group sales teams to upsell services • Uncover immediate needs in market through leads • Create and participate in sales meetings and presentations • Identify and attend key conferences and trade shows
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree • 5+ years of Healthcare IT staffing experience • Detailed understanding of full EMR/EHR lifecycle • Proven team builder and team player • Ability to develop strong customer relationships and negotiation skills • Ability to problem solve quickly and effectively • Excellent listening and communication skills • Exceptional time management skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate with peers
