Requirements

β€’ Minimum 5 years of work experience, including 3 years in account management. β€’ 3 or more years of demonstrated leadership. β€’ Some PBM system knowledge (SalesForce, AS400/RxClaim). β€’ Strong leadership skills. β€’ Ability to build and maintain effective relationships. β€’ Project management experience. β€’ Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills. β€’ Proven history of client satisfaction and retention.
