Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of work experience, including 3 years in account management. • 3 or more years of demonstrated leadership. • Some PBM system knowledge (SalesForce, AS400/RxClaim). • Strong leadership skills. • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships. • Project management experience. • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills. • Proven history of client satisfaction and retention.
