Description

• Responsible for providing scheduled services to long term care facilities • Own immediate issue resolution in assigned facilities • Conduct customer training and drive utilization of Omnicare programs • Meet customer activity quotas and use CRM technology for follow up • Provide quality service through communication and partnership • Minimize at risk accounts and resolve issues promptly • Represent Omnicare at trade shows and industry events

Requirements

• At least two (2) years of experience in customer-facing positions • Excellent interpersonal skills and advanced verbal and written communication skills • Strong making, organization, and facilitation skills • Ability to function independently, possess flexibility • Excellent time management skills by balancing priorities • Ability to build credible relationships with management teams • Ability to learn and apply job related healthcare and other software • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to influence others • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time • Valid drivers’ license and proof of insurance
