β€’ Partner with an Account Director to service Key clients. β€’ Develop strong relationships to achieve customer satisfaction, membership and revenue. β€’ Ensure renewal of case and retention through client interactions. β€’ Execute components of account team's business plan. β€’ Collaborate on services or complex product issues with account team members.

Requirements

β€’ 2-5 years of Health Insurance industry experience. β€’ Active Life and Health License in state of residence or must obtain within 90 days of hire. β€’ Proficiency with desktop software applications like e-mail, Word, PowerPoint, TEAMs, Salesforce. β€’ Strong critical thinking, time management and organizational skills. β€’ Travel required 10-25% (Possible overnight travel). β€’ Self-funded insurance experience preferred. β€’ Stop loss knowledge preferred.
