Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. • Current RN license. • 5+ years of experience in care management or clinical leadership roles. • Product management experience. • Strong understanding of care management processes. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and cost management strategies. • Excellent leadership and organizational skills. • Proficiency in data analysis and healthcare management software.
