Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required. • 0-1 year prior relevant work experience; Call center preferred. • Knowledge of Department of Child Safety preferred. • Certified Patient Care Representative (CPCR) preferred. • Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills.
