• Responsible for triage and assignment of Medicare Part D grievance cases. • Perform initial review of grievances to determine validity. • Assign cases based on department guidelines. • Report case trends to leadership. • Provide support to various operational teams.

Requirements

• 1 plus years of experience in a customer service role. • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Previous experience within Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or pharmaceutical industry preferred. • Bachelor’s Degree.
