• Build a book of business via new member acquisition • Assess customer needs for products and services • Service existing member inquiries • Cross-sell ancillary products • Retain existing members • Maintain knowledge of regulations • Multitask and interact with prospects and members via phone • Ensure relevant information is captured in CRM system • Meet sales goals and member satisfaction rates
Requirements
• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience • Life & Health insurance license (must obtain within 60 days) • Active use of computer • Ability to multi-task • Excellent communication and listening skills • Self-starter with a positive attitude • Adaptable to high-pressure environment • High level of computer proficiency • Ability to perform basic mathematical operations
