Description

• Strategically grow PayNearMe’s footprint in the lending sector, concentrating on banks and credit unions. • Conduct daily business development activities, including market research, lead engagement, and targeted account prospecting. • Achieve and exceed quarterly and bi-annual sales quotas, while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline in Salesforce.com. • Attain mastery of PayNearMe’s product suite, ensuring you can address client needs and challenges effectively. • Challenge prospective clients’ current business processes and introduce innovative technologies to solve legacy system issues. • Identify key decision-makers and understand the unique business challenges for each persona. • Respond to Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI) promptly and comprehensively. • Collaborate with internal teams, providing market insights to shape the evolution of PayNearMe’s product offerings and strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience with a strong focus on payments • Proven experience selling Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) solutions to banks and/or credit unions. • Thorough understanding of lending processes, payments systems, and regulatory frameworks, particularly within auto, mortgage, credit card, and personal lending segments. • Proven ability to engage and present to senior-level executives. • Familiarity with the Challenger Sales Methodology is a plus. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, leveraging data-driven insights to shape sales approaches and grow revenue. • Self-driven and results-focused, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Proficient in CRM tools and sales software for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting—Salesforce expertise is preferred. • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. • Ability to travel as needed for client engagement and industry events.
