• This is a remote opportunity, preferably for individuals available to work east coast hours. • Dynamic, fast-paced position supporting the One CM Platform. • Leadership and subject matter expertise in project management principles. • Develop, implement, and refine standardized project management methodologies. • Track progress against key milestones and implement value-based metrics. • Implement effective project/program controls and manage project schedules. • Organize and lead Steering Committee meetings with senior leadership. • Support the planning, directing, and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience. • 5 plus years of end-to-end personnel management - hiring, coaching, mentoring. • Proven track record managing large scale initiatives in a matrix organization. • Excellent interpersonal relationships with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders. • Skilled at saying “No” to create clarity and priority for the program. • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Preferred Qualifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent preferred. • Scaled Agile certification or equivalent. • Salesforce certifications and/or relevant certifications.
