• Serve as the senior level liaison for large complex clients within Employer segment. • Assist strategic account team with client satisfaction and service delivery. • Influence client up-sell opportunities using consultative selling skills. • Develop quarterly and annual reporting to clients on drug trend and financial performance. • Formulate responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs). • Build relationships with client stakeholders for renewals.
• 8+ years of cumulative Account Management or equivalent client-facing experience in healthcare or PBM industry. • Must possess a valid and current driver’s license. • Must possess a personal vehicle sufficiently reliable to meet job requirements.
