• Lead and direct Global Learning Delivery & Operations teams across the organization. • Partner with key leaders to identify solutions for employee performance and skills improvement. • Implement multi-phased learning strategies aligned with company goals and values. • Create and manage a robust Global Learning Portfolio and annual learning plan. • Direct the implementation of large-scale learning projects to support critical initiatives. • Evaluate effectiveness of learning programs and make necessary changes. • Foster high-performing teams and effectively manage the global team's performance. • Deliver presentations to Sr. Leaders and manage budgets effectively. • Identify cost savings measures and share insights with the Learning Council community. • Promote Global Learning services and regularly report on training metrics. • Adhere to compliance along with engaging in various employee relations tasks.
• 10+ years of related experience. • 5+ years of experience as a director; or 5+ years of experience in a senior managerial role. • SHRM Certification (SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP) is desirable, or a plus. • Strong management skills with the ability to lead cohesive and productive teams. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management through diplomacy and tact. • Ability to effectively build relationships and influence senior leadership, as well as educational institutions, vendors, professional organizations, community organizations, etc. • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Superior presentation and facilitation skills. • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues and teams. • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles, methods, theories, concepts, and a wide range of learning methods, techniques, and formats. • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business objectives into learning development priorities. • Model serving leadership, accountable for coaching, developing, progressing, and retaining employees within the function, and building inclusive teams. • Proven experience developing and implementing learning/leadership strategies and results in delivery for organizations with highly dispersed employee populations. • Extremely strong business partnering skills. • Excellent learning agility and emotional intelligence. • Must be able to exercise judgment, take full responsibility for developing solutions, and take appropriate action where precedent may not exist. • Role model of Serving Leadership in all actions. • Has industry and business process knowledge, operations knowledge, domain expertise, and experience working across multiple levels of business stakeholders.
