• Spreetail propels brands to increase their ecommerce market share across the globe while improving their operational costs. • Spreetail is seeking a Sr. Director, Inbound Transportation to help lead our global transportation operations to new heights of efficiency and growth. • This pivotal role demands a visionary leader who can seamlessly manage both international and domestic inbound shipments, from purchase order to warehouse delivery. • The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of process improvement, cost reduction, and data-driven decision-making to optimize our transportation networks. • As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies that support our ambitious year-over-year growth targets.

Requirements

• 10+ years in international and domestic supply chain roles, particularly in US imports and domestic logistics. • Experience with high-volume environments that require fast decision-making and effective communication. • Expertise in contract negotiations, especially with ocean freight, NVOCC, inland carriers, and domestic transportation providers. • Strong understanding of import compliance and trade programs. • Data-oriented with proven experience in using data to inform supply chain decisions. • Licensed Customs Broker preferred. • Ecommerce experience preferred
