β€’ Exciting Pharmacy Technician position supporting CVS Customer Relations and retail pharmacy stores. β€’ Responsibilities include responding to customer calls in a manner reflective of the company's purpose and values. β€’ Must have superb customer service skills in an inbound customer contact center setting. β€’ Excellent communication skills required for reviewing and processing calls, emails, and letters. β€’ Collaboration skills needed with field management and other departments for timely resolution of customer concerns.

Requirements

β€’ Resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont. β€’ Possess or able to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure before start date. β€’ 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment. β€’ Proficient to advanced PC skills required including MS Windows-based applications. β€’ Bilingual Spanish preferred.
