• Exciting Pharmacy Technician position supporting CVS Customer Relations and retail pharmacy stores. • Responsibilities include responding to customer calls in a manner reflective of the company's purpose and values. • Must have superb customer service skills in an inbound customer contact center setting. • Excellent communication skills required for reviewing and processing calls, emails, and letters. • Collaboration skills needed with field management and other departments for timely resolution of customer concerns.

Requirements

• Resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont. • Possess or able to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure before start date. • 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment. • Proficient to advanced PC skills required including MS Windows-based applications. • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
