β€’ Handle 40-50 inbound calls daily from members β€’ Assist Medicaid customers with their healthcare needs β€’ Conduct outreach calls to members β€’ Document accurate details of inquiries, comments or complaints β€’ Escalate unresolved member grievances and appeals β€’ Participate in daily team chats and access a knowledge-based database

Requirements

β€’ Must reside in Kentucky or Indiana within a 50-mile radius of Humana’s Louisville offices β€’ Minimum two (2) years customer service experience β€’ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Teams β€’ Strong technical skills with the ability to work across multiple software systems β€’ Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks β€’ Must meet monthly call, attendance, and performance metrics
