Description
• Responsible for the design, implementation, and operational management of F5 load balancing solutions • Work with application, network, and security teams to optimize traffic flow and maintain high availability • Ensure the security and performance of application delivery networks • Handle advanced troubleshooting and design scalable solutions • Mentor junior engineers • Drive automation efforts and contribute to large-scale infrastructure projects
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience working with F5 load balancing technologies • 5+ years of experience in configuring and managing load balancers • Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience in diagnosing complex load balancing issues • Experience with iRules scripting, SSL offloading, and load balancing methodologies • Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SSL) • Experience working with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or similar • Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Excellent communication skills for technical documentation, reporting, and stakeholder interaction • Experience with cloud-based load balancing solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Knowledge of application delivery firewalling, WAN optimization, and advanced network security concepts • Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, or Splunk • F5 certifications are highly preferred
