• Accountable for health care quality projects and initiatives. • Build strong teams and business relationships internally and externally. • Oversee OhioRISE Plan support of population health initiatives. • Develop and implement operational plans for market opportunities. • Manage Population Health functional department and performance metrics. • Evaluate and prioritize recommendations for population health activities. • Perform strategic analysis of business performance data.
Requirements
• 5+ years experience in population health, quality management, or related fields. • Demonstrated leadership ability. • Specialty experience with children and adolescents with complex behavioral health needs. • Strong knowledge of Medicaid managed care programs and regulations. • Familiarity with evidence-based practices for youth with behavioral health needs. • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality requirements. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
