Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience • 7+ years of work experience in marketing technology, IT, or software development, ideally within the life sciences industry • 5+ years of leading complex technology projects • Proven experience working with AEM and delivering omnichannel marketing solutions • Expertise in digital marketing technologies and platforms such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and databases • Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG) best practices and the software development lifecycle • Experience leading client meetings, presentations, and new business efforts • Experience working within agile methodologies like Scrum or Waterfall • Pharmaceutical or creative agency experience is a plus
