• We are hiring for a Director of Strategic Alliances to join our team, reporting directly to the Vice President of Strategic Alliances. • In this role, you will take ownership of a defined territory, building and nurturing impactful relationships with benefits consultants and brokers. • By strengthening these partnerships, you’ll play a pivotal role in amplifying our reputation and accelerating our growth trajectory.

Requirements

• Establish Spring Health as the go-to mental health solution by building strong, trust-based relationships with benefits consultants. • Encourage consultants to champion Spring Health, supporting our pipeline and bookings goals. • Partner with sales, channel partnerships, and other teams to drive pipeline and bookings, engaging consultants and coordinating resources to meet territory goals. • Work with Product Marketing to create targeted sales tools and educational materials for consultants. • Attend conferences and consultant events to build brand presence and expand influence. • Act as a liaison with sales, product, and customer success, bringing consultant insights to inform strategy. • Provide competitive intel and market insights to help align strategies with consultant needs. • Collaborate with internal and external partners to hit annual revenue targets.
