• Generate, respond to, and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media campaigns (LinkedIn) • Promote and present CyberClan’s core offerings and partnerships to potential clients through a consultative sales approach • Assess client needs, identify stakeholders, and connect internal resources to develop and close opportunities • Manage all Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for revenue within the region • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction and retention • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients and partners • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans • Develop and respond to Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunities that CyberClan is best positioned for

Requirements

• Experienced hunter with lead generation, business development focus, and a demonstrable history of exceeding sales quota ( in excess of 6M USD) • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls, relationship selling, and negotiating) • Experience with the cyber security and the cyber insurance industry in either a technical sales, tech and media underwriter, cyber underwriter, and/or broker sales • Experience with managing day-to-day CRM for capture, reporting, and forecasting • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently with strong time management and organizational skills • Minimum 7 years experience in a Software or Managed Services sales environment • Experience with developing and presenting an annual business plan
