Description

• Outbound Sales Executive role focusing on high volume, fast-paced sales • Discuss our products with customers and support in completing their sales • Support existing customers in their transition to new products or services • Follow compliant sales techniques to meet customer needs • Work with the inbound sales line team as needed.

Requirements

• Demonstrable outbound sales skills with resilience to work on high lead volumes • Experience in working in an outbound sales environment • Hunger to find the right thing for every customer - compliantly and aligned to the customers needs • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Excellent and clear verbal and written communication skills • A natural problem solver driven by curiosity & continuous improvement mindset • Disciplined and organised with a keen eye for detail and an ownership mindset • Team player who enjoys working collaboratively to resolve issues • Confidence in working with multiple customer/online systems.
