β€’ Come join the company reinventing data security, empowering businesses to realize the full potential of their data. β€’ The Channel Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key channel partners to drive sales and expand market reach. β€’ This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a proven track record in channel sales within the tech or data security industry. β€’ The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying new partnership opportunities, fostering collaborative relationships, and achieving sales targets through channel partnerships. β€’ Create and implement a comprehensive channel sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets. β€’ Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners, ensuring their needs are met and they are fully engaged with our products and services. β€’ Provide partners with the necessary training, resources, and support to effectively sell our solutions. β€’ Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans, including setting goals, defining strategies, and establishing KPIs to track progress and performance. β€’ Conduct market research to identify potential partners and opportunities for growth. β€’ Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. β€’ Drive sales through channel partners by identifying new opportunities, creating sales incentives, and managing the sales pipeline. β€’ Monitor and report on sales performance against targets.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales or partner management within the tech industry, preferably in data security or cybersecurity. β€’ Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and partner ecosystems. β€’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. β€’ Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. β€’ Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making. β€’ Highly organized with strong project management skills. β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. β€’ Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
