Description

β€’ The MSSP Partner Success Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with our MSSP partners, ensuring their success in delivering our security solutions to their clients. β€’ This role involves collaborating closely with partners to drive engagement, adoption, and satisfaction, leading to mutual growth and success. β€’ Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with MSSP partners. β€’ Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. β€’ Create and deliver partner enablement materials, including guides, playbooks, and case studies. β€’ Monitor and analyze the performance of MSSP partners, identifying areas for improvement and growth. β€’ Provide regular performance reports and insights to partners and internal stakeholders. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to define and track KPIs for partner success. β€’ Act as an escalation point for any partner-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. β€’ Collaborate with technical support teams to address and resolve complex partner inquiries. β€’ Lead the development of partner engagement strategies to drive product adoption and utilization.

Requirements

β€’ 5-10 years of experience in partner management, customer success, or sales engineering within the cybersecurity domain. β€’ Extensive knowledge of MSSP business models and the cybersecurity landscape, including security operations center processes, vulnerability management, and security controls that mitigate risk. β€’ Experience in developing partner enablement materials, such as guides and playbooks, to support MSSP partners in deploying and managing security solutions. β€’ Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage and nurture long-term partnerships with diverse stakeholders. β€’ Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting partner data and translating it into actionable strategies for mutual success. β€’ Proactive and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional partner satisfaction and success. β€’ Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings and industry events.
